Para ello, se ha dise\u00f1ado un ensayo para evaluar si la aplicaci\u00f3n de nanopart\u00edculas tiene esats propiedades. El estudio, que forma parte de una estrategia de biofortificaci\u00f3n sostenible, se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo en la Misi\u00f3n Biol\u00f3gica de Galicia (MBG-CSIC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello se ha dise\u00f1ado un experimento factorial en el que se han utilizado dos variedades de ma\u00edz (Oubi\u00f1a negro y Tuy) sobra las que se han realizado tres repeticiones. La primera variedad, como su nombre indica, es de grano negro semiliso, con una buena producci\u00f3n y ligeramente tard\u00eda. Por el contrario, la variedad Tuy es de grano liso amarillo y presenta una buena producci\u00f3n de ciclo medio. Cada repetici\u00f3n ha constado de tres tratamientos (control, nanopart\u00edculas de Ca y nanopart\u00edculas de Ca+Zn) que se han aplicado en tres momentos diferentes: i) en floraci\u00f3n, ii) en floraci\u00f3n y 10 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n e iii) en floraci\u00f3n, 10 d\u00edas y 20 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la floraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ensayo comenz\u00f3 el pasado 8 de mayo con la siembra en la parcela Espaller de la Misi\u00f3n Biol\u00f3gica de Galicia. Los tratamientos se aplicaron en julio y agosto, haci\u00e9ndolos coincidir con la fecha de floraci\u00f3n de cada variedad. Una semana despu\u00e9s de cada tratamiento se utiliz\u00f3 un sensor \u00f3ptico (Dualex) para medir el contenido en hoja de flavonoides, antocianos, clorofila y nitr\u00f3geno. Adem\u00e1s, se midieron caracter\u00edsticas agron\u00f3micas como el porcentaje de floraci\u00f3n, la altura de la planta, el aspecto subjetivo de la parcela, la humedad del grano y su rendimiento en recolecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/biovegen.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-04-125842.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24334\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Preparaci\u00f3n del material para la aplicaci\u00f3n del tratamiento<\/em> <em>en campo<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, el pasado 3 de octubre se llev\u00f3 a cabo la recolecta y se tomaron muestras de grano para proceder a an\u00e1lisis nutricional y a su uso en panificaci\u00f3n por parte de Da Cunha.
